Teddy Bear experiences Dallas/Meiningen

This is a shared blog of students from Benjamin Franklin Middle School in Dallas/Texas and Regelschule Am Kiliansberg Meiningen/Germany. Two grades of both schools are joined in this Teddy Bear Project. The project provides the stimulus for children to learn more about the other country and its culture. We hope to foster tolerance, understanding and acceptance of diverse cultures. The  project involved the partner schools exchanging Teddy Bears. The bears start blogging and describing their adventures, the places they visit, as well as the things they see and do. It also gives the students the opportunity to get to know each other.
